In General:

I love to transmit and teach Yoga exercises and Yoga knowledge – this is why I decided to dedicate my life to this passion and made it my vocation.

I would like to thank my teacher (Wolfgang Scherr, Margot Riedl, Martina Reger-Völzing, Seane Corn, and Dinah Rodrigues) who gave me strength and energy on my path.

Education:

Medically certified Yoga Instructor at Yoga-Institut, Munich

with the following contents of education:

• basic orthodox medicine of anatomy and physiology;
• ayurvedic medicine;
• Hatha Yoga in theory and practice according to the tradition/leniency of T. Krishnamacharya and T.K.S. Desikachar with the emphasis on the concept of Yoga practice (built-up poses, counter poses, variations);
• Modification of the Yoga exercises according to the special need and physical limitation of the participants;
• Contraindication, criteria of exclusion, and observant handling with Yoga poses
